Meet Our Dentist

Dr. Waddell is a 1987 honors graduate of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland Dental School. His honors include election to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Gorgas Odontological Society, and Gamma Pi Odontological Society. The Baltimore City Paper awarded him the Best Dentist Award in 1997 and 2000. He has completed a General Practice Residency at Prince George's Hospital Center and is a Fellow of the Academy Of General Dentistry. Other degrees include a Master of Science in Molecular Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Dr. Waddell is married to Dr. Susan Stasiewicz, an anesthesiologist at the Washington Hospital Center. Their hobbies include jogging, bike riding, skiing, snowboarding, rock and ice climbing. Their son Ian is in grade school and enjoys all sports and photography.

Lauren L. Lustig, DDS, is a native Coloradan who is moving to Maryland this summer. Her husband was recently stationed at Fort Meade, and they are excited to be starting a new adventure on the East Coast! Dr. Lustig graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2021, where she was within the top ten students in her class. She focuses on making dentistry understandable for patients; the goal is for patients to leave the office more comfortable and relaxed than when they arrived, and break years-long fears of coming to the dentist. In her personal time, Dr. Lustig enjoys a variety of outdoors activities including hiking, paddle boarding, rafting, and horseback riding. She also enjoys swing dancing, creative writing, and drawing. Dr. Lustig and her husband live with their cat, Pumpkin, who is also excited to be on the move.
